Vacant land . This block is known as Lot 18 Sec 1 Plan 759127 It is 1012m2 app or about 1/4 acre. It is Zoned RU1 PRIMARY PRODUCTION so has NO building entitlement. North Yalgogrin is a locality in the Bland Shire local government area of New South Wales. There once was a village there, named Yalgogrin, but better known as Yalgogrin North. There are a number of former mines in the vicinity. The mining in the area was mainly for gold. Alluvial gold was discovered around August 1893, about eight miles west of what became the village. Quartz reefs were found soon afterwards, with more discovered in 1894, leading to the establishment of the village. There was a stamper battery there, which had ceased operation by mid-1905, but resumed operation later the same year. It operated sporadically, as late as the 1930s. The last mining occurred in 1954, but the area remains of interest for gold exploration. The land is vacant so you can inspect anytime that suits you. Mark @realty 0427027372
