It was a passion for real estate and art, as well as a desire to bring a holistic approach to these environments that led Félix to join the BARNES Quebec team. His personal and professional background, largely influenced by his international experiences, make him an open, curious person who is above all motivated by this desire to develop Barnes on the Canadian territory.
His training in real estate asset management from Cornell University and hotel management from the Institut de Tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec allowed him to make his debut in the largest establishments, including the George V in Paris as well as in many properties of the Four Seasons group. Subsequently, he developed as a consultant in real estate asset management and feasibility studies for hotel and residential projects.
This curriculum, combining real estate and the art of living offered by the prestigious international hotel industry, is for him an obvious combination that he constantly works to put forward for both the agency and his clients.
Since 2022, Félix has been a member of the executive committee of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts' Young Philanthropists, combining his love for contemporary art with his desire to get involved in philanthropic causes.
